At the Multnomah Athletic Foundation , we use a cloud-based online system called Kaleidoscope for applications and recommendations. So the candidate has two options for providing a recommendation for their application.
The first option is to for the applicant to send the recommender an email from within the Kaleidoscope system. If you receive that email, you answer a few questions and then upload the letter of recommendation as a PDF. The letter will be attached to the application as a private document. The candidate will see that the task is complete but will not be able to access or read the recommendation.
The second option is to provide the recommendation as a PDF directly to the candidate. The candidate will then upload the letter of recommendation into their application.
If neither of these options are feasible or working for you, the last option is to complete the form below and send the letter of recommendation directly to the foundation. Using the information provided, we will connect the letter of recommendation to the appropriate program and candidate.
